    I did not want to leave, so totally recommend this hotel. The venue was wonderful relaxing and immaculately clean, with patient staff with good service. I truly enjoyed the staff, mainly due to their professionalism. The location was prime and easy, not too far from Jheel Park. The airport was 20 km away.

    It was conveniently located next to the Metro in a very secure compound.

    Although there may be a need for it I was very put off by the tight security entering the lobby of the hotel. A reason I would not go back. The tight security gives the impression the area is not safe.

    Location, professionalism of staff and cleanliness of rooms

    The rooms with door in between do not have any privacy and every word spoken in the adjacent room can be heard in the next room - zero privacy leading to dissatisfied guests. This is a major issue with international travellers like us.

    During our stay, we really appreciated the spacious Deluxe Double room that had a cozy sitting area perfect for winding down after exploring. The staff were friendly, helping us with any requests we had. The location was also excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions and eateries to explore.

    Experience was far from it. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with rusted bathroom fixtures and an alarming presence of cockroaches. The management was unhelpful when I attempted to resolve early departure charges.
